Leo Hostel Beijing

The location of Leo Hostel was perfect, we were able to explore the city easily. The living room was cozy and inviting. Despite some negative reviews, we had a great experience with hot water and cleanliness. Good value for money! Overall I highly recommend this hostel to travelers.

The front desk girls are accommodating, with decent English skills. The location is excellent, close to the metro and bus stops, making it convenient to visit various places, including Tiananmen Square and the famous walking street. The food prices are reasonable, and there are several dining options in the vicinity. a great atmosphere and a good value for money.

The receptionists speak good English and provide helpful assistance. Clean rooms with hot shower and A/C are available to accommodate guests. a pleasant stay in a convenient and lively neighborhood.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with shops and restaurants all around. It was also conveniently located near Tiananmen Square and the metro station, making it very easy to explore the city. the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, making recommendations for things to do and places to eat. One of the best things about the hotel was the option to book a Great Wall tour through them, which was a great experience and worth the recommendation.

There were some downsides to our stay. the facilities were not always clean, which was a bit disappointing.

Located near the city center, down a little alleyway, this hostel is very close to major cultural sites like the Temple of Heaven. The personnel speaks understandable English and is always open to answer any question. Beds have curtains in dorm rooms, providing privacy, and the restaurant/lounge offers European dishes and bottled beer to suit anyone's taste. , it offers a great wall excursion with lunch, transfer, and a less crowded path to walk.

While one of the ladies at the reception said you couldn't bring your food, the hostel was full of people eating outside food.

I had such a fantastic time at Leo! As a solo traveler, I made so many friends from around the world and had a blast during my stay. The hostel's location was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant, which also served as a hangout lounge, had delicious European dishes and a great selection of bottled beer. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was the affordable and intimate Great Wall excursion, taking us to a secluded section with no crowds.

The staff was great, helpful, and spoke wonderful English. The Great Wall Trip was incredible, taking us to a non-touristy spot for amazing pictures. The breakfast, although slow, was delicious and could be ordered in advance. The location was awesome, with a short walk to the metro station.

The hotel also had a bar and tour services, which was great for meeting new people and going on adventures. The common area had free books and maps for guests, and there were plenty of great restaurants in this area.

With the metro easily accessible, exploring the city was a breeze. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and even have working air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer months. Additionally, the included breakfast was a delightful bonus, offering a good start to the day.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Beijing and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was very close to Beijing's city center and the Qianmen pedestrian area. The hostel is situated on a one-way street, so catching a taxi could be a bit annoying but overall it was not a major issue. The rooms were comfortable with nice mattresses, and the common area provided a great space to hang out and meet people from all over the world. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making communication easy. The hostel also offered a Great Wall tour which was highly recommended and well worth the cost. I had a pleasant stay.

Plus, being on Dashilan shopping street means you're surrounded by plenty of options for dining and shopping. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring your needs are met. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient, and it's a nice touch to have a high window overlooking the lively alley.
